Victoria Rowe founded Toria's Support Care Services in 2003 with a simple belief: every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.
For more than two decades, Victoria has dedicated her career to supporting adults with developmental disabilities and individuals who benefit from assisted living services. Her goal was always been to create safe, welcoming homes where residents can maintain meaningful relationships, receive personalized support, and live with as much independence as possible.
Today, the same commitment guides every member of the Toria's team. From residential care and nursing support to transportation, meals, and community activities, each service is grounded in Victoria's belief that every person should be cared for like family.

Residential Habilitation
24-hour residential support for adults with developmental disabilities in a family-oriented group home.
Assisted Living
Personalized assistance for adults and seniors who need help with daily living while maintaining as much independence as possible.
Nursing & Health Support
Medication assistance, health monitoring, care coordination, nursing oversight, and support with medical appointments.
Daily Living Support
Assistance with personal care, mobility, household routines, meals, grooming, dressing, and other activities of daily living.

Live Scan Fingerprinting & Background Screening
Toria’s Live Scan provides professional fingerprinting and background screening services for individuals, healthcare professionals, caregivers, schools, childcare providers, employers, contractors, and community organizations.
Appointments are available at our Tampa location, and mobile fingerprinting services are available for qualifying groups throughout the Hillsborough County and the surrounding areas.
